Things You Have Done During Lockdown That Show How Bored You Are

Co-created an online monthly mag with Mrs V. Going to have to source funding from somewhere if we're to continue it, takes about a week per month of solid work.

Looked through a mass of detailed information from the PRO in Kew that a friend had sent me but I'd never had the time to look at in detail all in the name of local history research. This involved sitting in front of a PC for hours on a totally unsuitable chair. Ultimate result ................... a rapid visit to James Cook where I was diagnosed with a potentially life threatening DVT in my left thigh. Worra pillock!!!! (Thanks go to my GP, James Cook and the NHS in general)

Edit: Do I win?

there is a new John Lewis Christmas ad which features a large old tree which is near where we live. Saturday we set off to find this tree only to get caught in a horrific downpour, soaked to the bone we returned home unsuccessful. Not to be distracted and having nothing better to do we renewed our efforts yesterday and finally found the tree, again getting caught in a downpour in the way home and that my friends is about all I have to report on for my achievements for the weekend!

Redecorated almost every room in the house, and repainted the decking.

Graft and a ballache, but worth it now (y)

I'm not proud, but on a friend's recommendation I watched "Battlestar Galactica" on the Iplayer. Crikey, it was awful. My anhomie knew no bounds and I was praying for the destruction of humanity.

I watched the whole 4 series of Battlestar Galactica in lockdown and thought it was great

Finally hunted down my programme collection deep in the loft(my wife has half the world up there), and sorted them into strict date order.
