Things You Have Done During Lockdown That Show How Bored You Are

I watched half of Home Alone 3.

(I was in a lockdown routine of watching whatever the Film4 7pm film was each day. I'd previously seen the whole of Home Alone 1 & 2. Sat through half of Home Alone 3 before discovering that McCauley Culkin wasn't even it it. It was just the same old **** plot with a totally different cast).....

Even Lockdown wasn't long enough to watch all of Home Alone 3.

BTW - there were some cracking films on too. X-men series being one of my favourites.

Put all the spanners and torque wrench sockets back in their box in exactly the right place. Amazingly, none were missing. I can't fathom how people lived and worked with imperial measurements before we went metric.

I've also become a bit obsessive of listening to artists in only the order they released music, rather than just one tune here or there. That provides mixed results.

Stripped, sanded, primed and rebuilt the Dahon with brand new parts.
Decorated every room in the place.
Emptied the atic and threw out more crap than I knew I had.
Sold everything I hadnt needed for years on ebay and gave the rest away.
Ironed every shirt and pair of trousers including polo`s an levis an socks an pants.
Polished every shoe and renewed every lace!
Watched every episode of Colditz / Lads Army / World at War and every black n white Sherlock Holmes film.
Sad get!:giggle::rolleyes:(y)

Watched WAY TO MANY American Sitcoms. Full series of Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Modern Family, Brooklyn 99, Big Bang Theory, New Girl

I owned a Seiko turtle watch. I decided to 'mod it' after seeing plenty of videos on YouTube.

So ordered a few parts like new bezel / crystal etc. Also a few cheap watch maker tools of amazon. I mean it looked so easy on YouTube and 'what could go wrong?' 😂😂

I ended up with a leaky diving watch that went from 200m water resistance to 3 inches😂.Then it cost me £80 to get it fixed by a proper seiko modder. Oh and my girl friend saying 'told you so'.

That said I now have a new found respect for a genuine watch maker. Top skills👍

Give Home Alone 4 a go! 😂 thank me later.

I too did a clear-out of the attic, that's now an office/2nd lounge/craft room. Very worthwhile as we've effectively gained a whole new usable space instead of a huge pile of camping gear and boxes of stuff we haven't used in the 7 years since we've been in this house

also did a wardrobe clear-out, ended up with 7 black sacks of clothes that are steadily being moved to charities when they do the collection days (none accepting clothes donations at present where i live so we've had them bagged up for a while!)

did a shed clear-out - similar to the attic, created loads of space but we'll soon fill that with random stuff

binge-watched Tiger King and some daft UFO 'documentaries' - i think that was 'peak boredom'
