This Dominic Cummings COVID meeting

It’s absolutely fascinating viewing, regardless of how much, or little damage he is doing to government. I find him fascinating and twisted in equal measure. I also think, dare I say it, he was in a very difficult position last February as one of only a few intelligent people surrounded by weapons grade incompetence.
i would agree with that, we can question his morals but i think hes a lot smarter than the buffoons in government.

Yep, he's taking a chainsaw to his career here, no holds barred.
I don't think it is, I think it's showing he really is competent, just needs to be put in the right role, by the right people, unfortunately, he's been a "gun for hire", who has been hired by some massive *****.

It's good that he's being truthful and admitted his own mistakes, largely which have been him being put in a role that was too big for him, and not being allowed to bring in additional people with competence in key fields (which he alerted them about).

His commentary around his trip to Barnard Castle is still all self-serving rubbish. Like a guy trying to justify why having an affair with a younger woman was the only option available to him.

The get brexit done brigade would forgive him that too and blame the remoaner kids parents.
I had to read your post twice as I couldn't believe that you could say something so crass and blatantly untrue, even if you think it was a throw away funny comment - which it certainly isn't.
To accuse people who don't have the same political views as you of being sympathetic towards pedophiles is beyond distasteful and I can't believe admin have allowed it to stay on the thread

I think he means taking a chainsaw to Hancock's career?

He's selfish, no doubting that, but he's more than capable to assess his own risk, a lot more than 99% of people.

It shouldn't be "one rule for them, and one rule for us", but in this case, I can agree with his logic from his own point of view, albeit most won't and I didn't at the time (looking at it from an outside point of view). The problem is idiots see this and think they can "do the same", albeit their version of "the same" is likely much more risk, and they have zero idea of this.

Sorry I meant Hancock's career. He seems to want him behind bars!
