This is on Gibson, not Carrick

Come on, let's be fair.
Carrick is having to shuffle a sh1t hand.
Direct your anger at Gibson and his micro-management of the football club.

Nothing will ever change with Gibson as the owner.
I agree but Carrick is starting to baffle me with his team selections. What is he seeing with Silvera? Is he really more of a threat than Jones? He must be like Pele in training.

Give over have you seen the state of the team unbalanced, no pace, players out of position.

Tell me what a winning team selection is for tonight then please.
Well not playing Engel, Silvera, Crooks, would be a start, or is that Gibsons fault?

What’s the game plan?

How do we intend on scoring goals and not letting them in? Week on week I see the same performance, same mistakes. The most worrying thing of all is I don’t see players busting a gut until they’re behind in games.

Tonight is a huge chance to kick start the season. We should have been tackling this game with energy, passion and commitment from the kick off. It’s been the polar opposite.

I don’t think Carrick is asking the team go out with this approach. They’re either not following instructions or taking the absolute pish and not trying, potentially both.

After Saturdays game he said the players “gave everything”. For the first hour it was exactly the same as tonight. Slow, no energy, no passion.

Pulled it back to 2-1 and we were a different side. Why?

I just don’t get it. I was expecting basic improvements by now which don’t look forthcoming.

Hoping we turn it around second half but given ourselves another mountain to climb AGAIN!

Nobody forcing him to pick RVB over Jones. Nobody forced him to sell Bola before replacing him with Engel the buckled clown.

And after all those signings and swapping players in/out, he decides his best option up front is a couple of wardrobes that we already had in stock.

Jones is not a right back. His best form for us came when he was playing wing-back. Do you understand the difference?

Do you seriously think that it was Carrick who sold Bola then bought Engels?

Have a word.
