Time for prosecutions

I don't like calling for jail for people, but sometimes its glaringly obvious. The PO guy in the link lied in court to get an innocent pregnant women jailed. He knew the Horizon system was flawed but told a judge and jury it was not and he did it to get a post office mistress jailed. I don't know how he could sleep at night. I guess he did it to please his bosses.

The Liberal chap seems to have kept his head down and weathered the storm. Not too difficult when he didn’t open any letters.

Plus the PO lawyer who has never saw an email identifying bugs in Horizon even though it was saved to his hard drive and printed off?

The whole lot should be in court.
You mean the solicitor who stated today in the inquiry that in 2010 he didn't know how to save a document from an email? He also didn't know what a hard drive was.

The more this rolls on the worse it gets.

Did anyone see the report on the news the other day saying they are now investigating the system that was in place before horizon for the same issues and the subsequent prosecutions that happened with Sub postmasters?

Watching todays session with Mr Jarnail Singh it was like something from the Nuremburg Trials.
" I was not a discission maker". "I was only doing my job". "It was somebody else's fault". "I was not aware it was happening" Get a jail cell ready as this "TVVAT" should go directly to jail.

Looks like they're all determined to "tough it out".
A lot of them should be prosecuted and jailed.
I won't be holding my breath though

I find it interesting that people think jail time without a trial is appropriate given the history of this case.

Surely due diligence is required as it should have been in the original post Master trials.

Where was this suggested?
