I believe that Alan Bates has stated his group will take out private prosecutions against some of the post office personal if the inquiry fails do deliver prosecutions. I was not suggesting that post office personnel should be jailed before facing a judge and jury. The evidence is so damming I cannot see how some of the post office personnel could avoid jail time.
