Today’s “Boro 4” payment?!

My email had a payment link, so followed that.
I followed the payment link and my payment went through and I received a confirmation email from the Club.

I had a theory brainwave, I went onto my MFC ticket account and noticed that I had more than one card saved on the system.
I’m probably totally wrong, but I wonder whether that has confused the payment issue.
 
Just checked after seeing this thread and got the email too! Used same payment method and went straight through.

I'll expect another email next month!
 
tried following link and when i put my card details in it wont go through says year invalid on my expiry date.
tried another card and its the same

Ok theyve taken the payments automatically no email received asking for payment or confirmation of payment. Found it on my MFC account history of payments.
 
Yes same here. Spoke to bank who said they approved transaction but mfc authentification failed! Emailing club now.
This is what I thought would be the issue
About a year ago they were blaming the banks for season ticket payments declined when it was them not having updated the way they requested payments
It's a bit worrying the company they use are doing these things when attempting to access our money

Totally agree though I find it worrying they are attaching links to emails asking for card details. Goes against all banking advice. Surely they should be asking you to log into your account on the mfc website and submit card details in the season ticket payment section.
 
Got the email yesterday saying card declined
Did nothing
Payment taken today
But know email confirmation
Checked on Banking app and transaction now gone through ok
So you don’t need to do anything looks like club sorting it
