Perhaps that’s the best we can hope for as 9 hours is going to be a bit of a rush to do a deal.I'd be semi happy with Goodrham in as second choice RW with Jones, and pushing Forss up to being our main striker for the rest of the season.
Just thought, do you think footy medical prices go up today, like substantially? You know as consumers we get stuffed with high demand prices, like hotels say going to Paris for the Olympics , we are usually asked to pay 5 times what it normally is. There was a program the other night about it all. Applies to anything and everything though. If you go to a music show in a farmers field in summer , they be asking 5 quid a can of coke. Imagine these private meds places then, tonight could charge 500k for someone they know will likely be higher than a 20m transfer Which club is going to say, too expensive ?
I wasn't really referring to us. On deadline day loads of times I've heard player x is having a medical in a local private place near to his club so he doesn't have to travel to the interested party club at that point of the day
unless we are just holding back on the announcementPerhaps that’s the best we can hope for as 9 hours is going to be a bit of a rush to do a deal.
Why is there still speculation about this Oxford lad. They say he's not for sale and we weren't going for him in any case.I'd be semi happy with Goodrham in as second choice RW with Jones, and pushing Forss up to being our main striker for the rest of the season.
For who?Just heard that Chelsea wanted a 5 mil loan fee 5mil !!!!!
That’s nuts.
For who?
That's bonkers. £5m for about 4 months is daft.Broja -- Fulham wanted him on loan I think
Yes It’s armando brojaJust heard that Chelsea wanted a 5 mil loan fee 5mil !!!!!
That’s nuts.
Unless its part of a suspended deal for him to go to Fulham permanently at the end of the season - then it makes senseThat's bonkers. £5m for about 4 months is daft.
I suspect that the small number of footballers moving, compared to the number of doctors able to take a medical at short notice doesn't move the needle too much. They probably have to pay a premium for an urgent one though!Just thought, do you think footy medical prices go up today, like substantially?
