That Burnley result is strange. QPR on a terrible run of form and they go and be the first team to win at Burnley this season and only the third team to beat them all season. Wonder if Burnley want to win the title at Blackburn on Tuesday.

With those stats, QPR have basically Warnocked a side on the beach.

There is certainly a solid case for two-up two down or even three up / down.
If we have a "level playing-field" it should apply to all leagues, not just protect the bottom clubs of the fourth tier of English football.
