4 for me today after an all black start too. Lemme ask this, how long does each turn take you? I spend, maybe 30 seconds looking for my next guess.

Yeah I try not to spend too long.. usually guessed the correct word within 5 mins although there was one a few days back that had me stumped for a while and maybe took me 15 mins to finish

That was my issue I was worried I was going to fail, but got it on my 5ths go have the last 4 letters from round 3

That's where I ended up. I got the last 4 letters in 2 and it took another 3 to get the right one at the start. 5 today

Yes I got last 4 after 2 but didn't guess the first one in next 4 guesses so my first fail
