When was the last time Boro produced a CF capable of hitting 20 (ish) goals a season?

We seem to be able to develop all other positions, but the CF just hasn't happened (in my 35 yrs following Boro). A few have been on the cusp, but never able to make the big step up (from Peverall to Campbell).

I can't remember where I heard the rumour but I heard they are moving to redcar next year .atm it's within walking distance for me
