It was always going to be difficult but the number of handling errors let England down. We created things on the pitch but then made individual mistakes.

I suspected Italy would manage a couple of good performances and results this time.

Rather predictable I also suspected England would finish with another 3 defeats. Certainly looking that way. Ireland could do a demolition job at Twickenham.

We were our own worst enemy on saturday. Agree that Ireland could easily dismantle us at Twickenham. Not only are they are better side player for player but they are so coherent as a unit and we are the complete opposite
