I like Rogers, and I'd be disappointed to see him leave so quickly, but he's not been indispensible to us and it might allow us to push the boat out more on targets.

He would for me. What I’ve seen over the last 2 months or so I think he’s the perfect 10.

Its a bit of an odd one for sure. Got to be enough to tempt us, because he has potential to be worth £20m + in today's mad market. £10m? but he's not likely to play, so that's £10m for them on a prospect.

How is that comparable? He went to Man City as a kid with one first team appearance to his name, he was never likely to play at that time and wasn't signed for the first team squad.
