This Liverpool team is immense. There’s only Man City that is able to compete with them. The CL final should be a cracker when Man City put Real Madrid to the sword tomorrow.

No.

But there aren't articles about how Middlesbrough are about to make history by making the play-offs as if it's a foregone conclusion.

There are plenty of articles about Liverpool being on the cusp of history with an unprecedented quadruple.

They might not even get the double and they're certainly not in the driving seat.

Watching the Liverpool changes tonight makes a mockery of 5 subs in the PL for next season. Teams going up are going to struggle more and more as the top 6 or 7 teams accumulate 3 squads worth of world class players.
