Yeah, I realise youfibre aren’t anywhere but I’d def try to find another to switch to as virgin will come back with an improved offer when they realise you are going… you have a period with a new provider in which to cancel..

Virgin gave me a good offer straight way - I now have 250Mb for £31 for the next 18 months. The previous 18 month contract was £28.

Been working again for the last half hour here. It was really weird earlier. At one point every other site was working fine apart from this one.

It was completely down from about two in the morning till about five thirty for me in TS20. Worked fine again after that until this afternoon and then it went off again. It was down for two days last week too. I'm not sure what I'm paying them for. They're rubbish.

I have Virgin up here and Sky in Yorks - Sky is way way better than this. Christ, I hope it's up and running tomorrow, I've got meetings

They sent me a new hub the other week. I didn't ask for the bloody thing. It's hideous and massive and it seems to be even more unreliable than the old one was.

While we are giving them a good kicking has anyone had problems with the new box 360. It seems to struggle with live sports for me. About a 6 or 7 times I've been watching a recorded football match and it just stops at varying times during the recordings saying this is not a playable recording. Sometimes it's only recorded a few mins and other times it's got past 60 mins. Not had any trouble with any other live sports or drama etc just football.
