Watford, West Brom and Norwich

Seen a few fans on here now mention that they would prefer these 3 to not get in play offs ( they all have work to do to make that happen for any of them to get in) and I agree with the fans.

Whilst none of them have had consistent seasons they do have recent history of promotion and that experience could prove vital. They all have players who have done it before too.

The likes of Luton, Blackburn, Millwall and Preston im pretty comfortable we could beat and i think we would be the overwhelming favourite to get the job done.

What’s your opinion?

If we play like we have over the last few weeks I don't think we'll beat any of them.

Imperative that we pick up some wins and some momentum going into the Play-Offs.

We've become passive, sloppy and error prone over recent performances.

Oh I agree defensively we have been allover in 2 of the last 3 and midfield has been far from their best. Thankfully we are still scoring goals which is hugely important and we can use these 2 home games as a springboard to boost some confidence. A clean sheet in 1 of the 2 games would do us all the world of good.

It would take some collapse for us to completely fall out of the top 6 all together.. but we may finish 5th or 6th. Would be nice to be at home for the 2nd leg wouldn't it.

The 3 teams mentioned in my opinion won’t get in the playoffs, too much ground to make up
In five games. Looking at the fixtures for all the teams in the play off positions and those just outside Preston, Norwich and Coventry may have left it too late. Last game of the season Millwall v Blackburn could decide who finishes 5th or 6th, Boro’s play off opponents

Watford are to far behind I'd rule them out.
WBA are dark horses but will struggle to make the top six.
Norwich I think will and that worries me,not sure why but I'd feel more confident with the current play off contenders.
Maybe just overly concerned

Completely unscientific opinion, but I feel that players with recent PL experience can lift themselves for the big playoff games, but struggle more in the championship slog.

Therefore, I'd be pleased to see the clubs in the thread title miss out.

Pretty much how I see it

Yeah, thankfully we have Norwich on Friday so if we win that dents their chances even greater which will feel good

I definitely agree with you there.

Norwich, Watford and Baggies all have players this season who have flattered to deceive massively, however, they've been there and done it before so would more than likely raise their game.

Although the season and the table so far suggests that playing one of those 3 (named above) would be better for us, I'd still rather face Millwall, Preston or Blackburn any day of the week.

I'd rather have Luton over two legs than in the final too, but it's very likely looking to be us and Luton 3rd/4th.
