Sam Allerdyce. Am a great lover of his? Not really. But the first team squad is crying out for someone to come in, organise a defence, keep clean sheets and put the fear of God up some of our pampered players.

Be pleased to see him come in and steady the ship. And to take the role for this season only. Will it happen? Nope not a chance.

However it is someone with his attributes that is needed- and I don’t know where too many of this type are. Sad times for our club
