We are top of the league

Disappointed that we're going to miss out by a few points as going into the play offs this season we'd be the form team, opposite to last year.

In fact none of the current play off teams are in any decent form. Norwich are maybe the best of the rest, but not brilliant. Southampton just lost three on the bounce, Leeds remain inconsistent, and WBA starting to falter.

He's been our best centre back since he came in. He makes an error and it's plastered all over the board, Rav makes one and not a whisper.
We've looked much more balanced in defence having a left footed CB who can help cover out LB position.

He's stronger in the air than any of our other CBs. We've stopped leaking as many goals from set pieces.

Clarke, Ayling, Dieng and Latte Lath playing very well is a big part of the reason for up tick in form.

It's obviously not a coincidence that the one time we've been repeatedly opened up in the last few months is when Ayling was unable to play and an incredibly rusty and unfavoured Dijksteel had to come in.

Some games really stick out where we should have got more points. Even in this great run we drew 0-0 at home to Blackburn.

Plymouth, Bristol City and Rotherham at home were really, really poor results.

It’s a shame but it strangely feels nice to go into the summer in great form and with hope rather than the lingering disappointment of missing out.

Reminds me of when we finished really strongly under Mowbray one season.
Loads of summer optimism which seemed justified when we started the next season like a steam train.
But the squad wasn't deep enough and the train eventually came off the tracks.
