We can’t question Carrick again

I would get him on a longer term contract now - he’s a work in progress, we have to stick with him i think, and hopefully he will develop into a very good manger with us. He’s made plenty of mistakes, but I’ve seen enough to think he can be the real deal. MC is still very much a rookie manger, just 18 months into his career, we have to be patient with him. I think he’ll get us up - but not till next season.

Silvera is a good finisher. Seems he is relatively cool as a chance presents itself.
And Michael Carrick; I still think he is developing all the time and I really like and rate him massively; despite getting frustrated at times; because of our potential however, look at the injuries he is managing !!!
