For the technically illiterate amongst us what sort of restrictions are you putting on and what is the best way to do it? Tried getting the young uns to stick to Youtube for kids but that didn't last long

I’ve put content restriction on his phone which means apps with a rating of 12 and over require me to unlock with a pin and the same for the sky q box. He went mad at first but now seems to have accepted it.
