I don’t think he’s being ironic, least that was my interpretation.
I can see it from both sides, not everyone can commit to season tickets due to work, financial ot personal pressures. But at the same time if I had for argument sake 156 points and the lowest points sales ended up going down to was 160 points I would find it quite triggering seeing posts like that where people are openly cheating the system.

Don't see the problem with it at all. I regularly use my family members season tickets to get my mates tickets to away games. In fact last season I had two mates come to some games who support other clubs.
