Wembley boro vs Sunderland

I wouldn’t be surprised if it is Sunderland that the club try and enforce you to travel with offical coaches as part of the ticket sales. The police will want to curtail as much independent travel as possible. So i think both clubs will be pushed into providing coach travel direct to Wembley stadium to keep trouble out of the capital.
How do you invisage that working if you are not travelling from the North East?

Boro / Deckchairs final:
The silly kick off time flips it up for me.
If it was a league game - there would be the military exercise we have home and away.
Even 12 noon or 13:00 hrs is far more sensible.
But money rules and the Met will get plenty of overtime.
They dont give a monkeys.

1400 plus coaches in total for both clubs.
Fans travelling from all over the country to join the coaches in the NE.
I think not .

The high and lows of playing are much bigger playing a rival. It would a good spectacle football and a good narrative.

Personally I prefer games involving our local rivals, I’d rather be in the same division of the likes or Leeds Sunderland Newcastle

Luton took 42,000 to the Johnson's Paint Trophy final at Wembley in 2009. So yes, I think they would sell out their allocation for the play-offs final (y)
If we don't get past Coventry, then I hope Luton get promoted. It would be a unique fall in to non league, and rise back to the top division.
Wow, I didn't realise that. Fair play to them.

A group of ambitious teenagers test-driving their new Stone Island jumpers? Behave.

I really don't get peoples anxiety over the Boro playing Sunderland regarding their own safety. I'd be more concerned going to London and getting mugged or threatened by a native than being set upon by a group of blokes from Peterlee.

Those who want it, will find it no doubt. If you want a peaceful trip to the smoke to watch your beloved Boro, then box clever and pick social spots away from the rabble.

There will be loads of problems, before, during and after, should we play them in the final. It won’t be limited to idiots that want to fight but ordinary people too. Same travel route for 90% of fans.

In theory you are correct, but add booze and illegal substances to the mix over a considerable period of time and absolutely guaranteed there will be bother with d*ckheads on both sides seeing it as a tribal day out.

Usual rational supporters caught up in the toxic moment and join the brainless hoards, fighting for "their club". Grrrrr.

If you want to fight, organise a meet in a field in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire.......N Yorkshire and get on with it. Leave the proper fans to have a good day out👍
