How did they "protect" Everton last time then? Certainly recall a certain Hans Segars helping them once but assistance from the League?Be interesting how the league protects Everton this time.
No Mersey derby ?

No Mersey derby ?
You can also throw the distrust that the fans have with the directors and owners into the mix and how none of them have attended games for months after being threatened by the supporters.Everton deserve relegation. They’ve been awful for a few years and somehow scrape out of it at the last minute. It would cause a meltdown at the club with new ground, big debts, ffp already raising its head etc
Not true at all. Last season fair enough, but before that......Everton deserve relegation. They’ve been awful for a few years and somehow scrape out of it at the last minute.
Exactly. Everton had mainly been pretty comfortable in the Premier League. Not true at all. Last season fair enough, but before that......

I think Horne got the equaliser. Graham Stuart definitely got the late winner.Exactly. Everton had mainly been pretty comfortable in the Premier League.
They’ve struggled this season and the last but apart from that it’s necessary to go back to 1994 or 1995. They survived on the last day of the season I seem to remember. Barry Horne scoring the goal that kept them up.
Fixed it for youIt would beinterestingWONDERFUL to see them go down though and it looks increasingly likely.
