That kind of stuff isn’t unique to Man United. I think you could probably apply it all to most of the ‘big clubs’ in football.

Nobody knows if they're first, everyone will be told they were first etc.
Scouts might identify 100 players, maybe 5 might make it to the level Man Utd are at now, and maybe one or two who are good enough to win the prem with or play CL etc. It's fine mentioning the 2-5 who end up good enough, but it's hard to guess on a 1 in 20 shot etc.
The most well known on that list is Musiala I would say, and he was on Chelsea's books at 15, nothing was keeping him in England though as from wiki his mum went home to Germany due to brexit. He was Born in Germany and obv Bayern Munich are quite decent. There's no way Chelsea wouldn't have wanted to keep an England under 16 etc.
That's if any of it is true, when of course it could all just be completely made up, for all we know.
