Who's the best team of who we have played so far

We drag teams down to our level. Good teams don't look very good against us. Teams that are able to battle and match us do better. Stoke bashed us about a bit and then sat deep to protect their injured and slow defence.

We are coming up to a run of poorer teams so it will be interesting to see how they do.

Derby had a go at us. Passed it about a bit but were poor at both ends. We were able to disposses them and get in behind them and so won three nil.
Blackburn were totally dominated by us and so got everyone behind the ball and restricted our clear cut chances. Contrary to their high scoring rep before the game.

I'd rather be up against teams that come at us, than teams that sit deep and battle. Our forward players lack both the guile and physicality to unlock a packed and deep defence.

maybe that Arsenal side that beat us 6-1 at home a long while back. In the days of Kanu. Was it the invicibles team ?

Yes Utd never scared me, Chelsea never scared me. But even when 3 nil up at Highbury under Venables I was always scared they could turn it on and absolutely hammer us at any moment. Since they moved to the Emirates though they've been bobbins.
