Why we can’t let Ben Houchen control our money again.

This guy tried to sell the IP to Peel when they owned the airport before he tried to sell it to Houchen - so it's exactly the same.

I am definitely not advocating Houchen - I think he's an absolute turd - but this guy is doing the exact same thing, on a smaller scale, he's just wearing a red tie instead of a blue one.

Why the Labour Party have pursued this lost cause with another letter today I have no idea.

They are feeding right into Houchen's hands.
 
What is the difference between this guy registering the right to the Teesside Airport name when he didn't have an airport, and Corney and Musgrave buying a strip of land when they didn't have any houses to build on it. Except that Corney and Musgrave have made lots of money from their purchase whereas this guy hasn't.

And how did Corney and Musgrave become aware that the land was available.

I think he’s on very dodgy ground using a word like trust. Is the other bloke affiliated with the Labour Party? Is it okay to dowse some with money and not others? I suppose Ben may have a point, if you compare £250k for the IP with £90 for acres of land and the ability to make millions of pounds I suppose the IP does start to look jolly expensive.
I wish I’d known, Ben has really shot himself in the foot, I could’ve gone as high as £110 for that land.

No - nobody should be allowed to use shady business practices to take public money - that's my point

He's using Houchen in this topic because he knows nobody likes him and some of you are falling for it - It's not even political - He tried to ransom it off to Peel before Houchen was even in power.

The difference is Corney and Musgrave absolutely know what they're doing is wrong, and don't care, because they're making money.

This guy is trying to fool us into believing that because he's on the other side of the political spectrum, that he's somehow allowed to do a similar thing.

He might be a bellend himself but he saw an opportunity and went for it, at the end of the day it was “Pugsley” who decided that Barnard Castle and Richmond should have their own airport rather than industrial/post industrial TEESSIDE not the other mush!!

The daft thing is though, this all started because someone convinced the site owner that I did something that actually never happened.

I never wanted any conflict with them.
