No body is ever driven out by the fans it’s a myth if he goes it’s down to him or Gibson no one else so don’t be blaming Diego etc

Well the fact a baseless rumour made up by someone who was bored at the end of last week, ends up in the press and will formulate questions due to that won’t influence Wilder at all

Where do newspapers look to source their rumours - it can be from conversations with agents, ex managers and players and also fans - via social media.

We are going around in circles here and last night things went too far and as a result one member is on gardening leave now for a rainy day today. It can all get a bit poisonous. And maybe pointless.
 
I wouldn't be at all surprised if he read this board / Twitter and whilst I'm sure he is sensible enough to know that fans can get upset at the smallest of things if he feels like he isn't wanted why wouldn't that tip him over the edge? I don't think we are doing ourselves any favours with the reaction to the Burnley or now Bournemouth speculation.

I agree rob my point was that for him to leave for the Bournemouth job there must have been a vacancy to go into that isn’t due to any made up rumour.
 
See my vision for the future of the club was to hire a manager who played dour defensive football, as then other clubs wouldn't try to poach him. Look at Karanka, 2 and a half years of unmitigated success and not a sniff. Wilder gets a couple of cup runs but is otherwise unimpressive and everybody wants him, because they made a tifa video about his fancy tactics.
Given the hysterical meltdown everytime some random posts anything on twitter I would say I am right.

Absolute rubbish some people need a sense of perspective here.
 
On the lighter side of all the speculation I’d say it actually raises Wilder’s stock somewhat (continuously) being linked with EPL clubs. I’m sure Gibbo has a good poaching fee in case he decides to flee the nest. I see his odds have gone to 4/9 fav so I guess he’s gone, albeit waiting on the inevitable announcement.

I'm not sure Gibson would sack Wilder, or Wilder would choose to leave, because of something written on an internet messageboard.
