Will we have any fans in Rome...

There will be a fair few of the England supporters travel club who will manage to get themselves there I imagine.
They must already be there surely? The quarantine period has already started.
How come we are furthest on with vaccinations yet the only ones who don’t seem to be allowed to travel anywhere?
I'm pretty sure we are not the furthest on in vaccinations.

Speaking to a bloke last night on the tube who was going, had a mad way to get around it by travelling via Finland.

How many English supporters will be there will be down to how tightly the Italian's want to police the situation and how compliant they will be to UK Government policy. If it was up to Johnson and co English supporters could be travelling to Rome on business trips that will positively impact the UK economy, I wonder how many FA representatives, commercial sponsors will be able to attend without quarantine and if we will have any Government representation at the game.

Ineptitude is not behind the current two tier system that we have in place, this is a deliberate and clear two finger salute to the public at large, failing to recognise that Covid makes no distinction between wealth and position seems a rather major oversight from someone who was so ill from it they were in intensive care.

That's incredibly irresponsible. Quarantine rules are there for a reason. I hope the Italians catch up on this.

9pm KO local time. Hopefully starts getting a bit cooler by then.
Probably still in the late 20’s I reckon

I lived in both Rome and Milan and it’s generally still hot until 10 or 11pm if the day time is around 30°c

shouldn’t be too bad though, the sun won’t be beaming down, just very sticky.

Surely Ukraine isn't the warmest country in the world either? The sticky thing is interesting. We might not have the heat but we are a fairly humid country. I don't think Ukraine are. Maybe the conditions will work in our favour? Shame really that we didn't get the other potential opponents. I know they are from a cold country!

Ukraine gets some pretty decent weather this time of year

but yeah, I don’t think the temperature will play a big factor. It’ll likely be a pretty humid night but nothing the players won’t have experienced before on both sides.

A mate of mine lives outside Rome and is considering it. He's a bit put off by Covid though.

Heard on the radio the quarantine is 5 days now , if you were in Italy in Monday or before you can apply for tickets from the embassy, 2k available
