Wing watch- Huddersfield

If Warnock is confident enough about Morsy's fitness, I'm not sure we will see Wing play.

Morsy is much better defensively and still has a decent eye for a pass.
 
Take lewis wings shot away and your not left with too much as a footballer

He's like a central midfield version of tarmo kink, and i really liked Wing at the time, but looking back i just think it was the long range shots he was smashing in, take them away
And you have a very limited central midfielder IMHO
 
His contract is up in the summer. Neil has said a few new deals are on the table so we will soon know where he stands.

The lack of game time suggests it's not looking good. You seriously can't underestimate his 7 goals last season.
 
I’m not sure he has the physical qualities to be a centre mid.

I wonder if he could be moulded into a different role. Maybe a wide player, obviously not a player that runs at people, but one that gets half a yard and whips quality balls into the box at every opportunity, like a peasant version of David Beckham.
 
Let's face it. He was a bad choice of a player to sponsor. Lot's of people posted that they thought this yet the powers that be went ahead regardless.
 
My fear for Lewis is physicality, he simply can't move quickly as I think he is incredibly knock kneed.
I think he has ability and vision and can strike a football better than most of the team. Unfortunately the game passes him by. I don't think he's lazy, I just don't think he can move well enough.
I think it is a real shame.
I really hope I'm wrong too...
