Would you start Rogers against Norwich?

I thought Greenwood had a poor game today. I'd be tempted to start Rogers against Norwich but then I know it means changing a winning team.

They all need a bit of gametime, but when he started putting his strongest team out it worked and I believe made the other players realise what was possible and what they had to aspire to achieve, sooner rather than later. If I was MC I would keep just putting out what he believes are our strongest players for the time being.

Lath for coburn seems a more obvious switch. I didn't think Greenwood was poor. Though he did quite well actually. I wouldn't be taking him out for Rogers but if Mcgree is fit then he'll have a decision.

Also Forss will be back knocking at the door shortly.

Latte Lath is not for me. All speedboat no driver

No, I'd still start Greenwood who whilst he didn't have much to show going forward worked really hard and contributed in midfield and defence. I thought he had a decent, if unspectacular, game.

I thought Greenwood struggled to get into the game and wasn't anticipating things at times.

An example of this was when Hockney won the ball during the 1st half and tried to play a quick pass to Greenwood. I felt Greenwood should have anticipated it but he never.

I thought Greenwood was fine - a great cross in the first half that could have been finished.

Keeps his place until McGree is fit for me.

Three tough games in a week, he will mix it up. I’d play Lath at Norwich as we will have less of the ball than today and his pace on the break could be vital. I thought Barlaser had a decent game today, but given its Norwich I’d start Howson instead. Those are the only 2 changes I’d make for now, although Smith may be out so RVDB or Dijksteel can come in if needs be.

On what we see in front of us Latte Lath looks like he would improve us no end. Greenwood looks a lazy player to me - leaves his full back (Engel) exposed too often with two on one and a bit of a ‘fancy’ player.

However, it’s hard to argue with Carrick’s selections as he gets results out of teams if we are honest none of us would have started with at the start of the season. Who would have had Crooks Barlaser McNair Greenwood or Coburn in-the staring eleven ? Let’s leave selection to the man in charge - seems to be doing alright at the moment!

If Smith is fit I would keep it exactly the same to be honest. I don’t think we need to panic and change things up.

Rogers, Latte Lath, Forss and Silvera can all make an impact from the bench and will no doubt earn their opportunity to start soon. However I don’t feel we need to change a winning team. Young players like Greenwood and Coburn will have off games, it happens.

Carricks man management has been spot on so far.

I do think we’ve got a player on our hands with Rogers but feel patience is needed with him.
