York City on Friday

I have spent nearly an hour trying to get two tickets for this,
Anyone know how on earth you can do this??
Help please.
 
Register with York City Football club on their website. Then select from the available Boro section, W blocks I believe.
 
New ground is a pain. If you go to York on train its a taxi ride away. Getting back is a nightmare. Went last time we played there when there was no Boro allowed.😂😂
 
Strange club. Make it hard for anyone to buy tickets if you are an away supporter. The owners are unliked. The fans trashed their own ground in May when victourious in getting potential promotion.
We were banned last year by the Council, and club I guess, from a friendly 12 months ago.
 
Haven’t been to the new ground yet but i know it’s next to Cineworld in some god awful leisure complex set up. Used to really like Bootham Crescent though, a proper old school lower league ground
 
I used to live a mile away from the new ground. I suppose the council had little choice in where to locate it with land anywhere near the city walls at a premium.
EDIT Park and Ride would have been an option if it was a day match, but last time I was there it finished about 8pm. There's no shortage of taxis in York though and it's only a 10-minute drive from the station depending on traffic.

There were Boro fans there last year. Probs no official end but still a fair few

There is a park and ride that goes to the ground from the town.

It's a terrible place to place the ground. Buy hey ho, that's York - the council and club. Very small town
