18k jobs to the area as a direct result of Brexit...

I think you make some good points, but people who laid the blame at the door of the EU were, quite simply, wrong.

Most Brexit voters were Tories, not the people actually left behind.

You are right thought, for Brexit voters it was about how they felt. It wasn’t about logic and reasoning and facts, it was the opposite of that. Feelings are not unimportant, but they should only come into the equation at the end of the decision making process, not at the beginning or during it.

As for the people of Teesside and funding..

And in one response sums up where we are. A bloke produces a good message, logical and fair. The response is 'wrong' it's all futile.

Why do you want to report him? He gave a view I completely disagree with, but it's his view.

And the times he and Corky, given with the opposite view are both wrong. The 60's and early 70:s the infrastructure on Teesside was a shiit hole. The housing between The Navigation and where Greenwoods was was a disgrace, I know my family lived there. And if you think you could leave your door unlocked you are living in a dream world.

Today the air is clean, I can go for a meal from all over the world, the language of the 70's is no longer acceptable, crime is at it's lowest, university education the norm. Today is much better.

What was better is that kids could and did play out. Now bounce a ball outside someone's house and they call the police.

It was a view that crossed the line of what should be acceptable 👎

To be fair even he admits his points are due to lack of investment. Something that isn't an EU issue but a UK government one.

You ignored some of the Brexit threads about 'uneducated gammons' then, the sooner the old die the better, it's strange what is acceptable.
There's a lot of that type of insult bandied about, none of it pleasant, but blatant racism is beyond that. IMHO of course. Anyway it doesn't matter what I think, it's up to Rob/admin where they draw the line.

I think you will find it did actually exist, or do you believe this lefties lie that Britain has always been multi-cultural and millions of coloured folk have always resided here. I'm in my 60's so was around to see old Britain it was a far nicer place than this multi-cultural mess we have now. On the plus side I don't think I will be around long enough to see it implode but implode it will and you numpties are welcome to it.
Coloured?

Really?

Coloured?

Really?
That was dreadful, thank goodness no longer acceptable, no Excuses. In the wonderful 70's when footballers had 20,000 fans chanting that they were blacker than you and me, TV shows that were overtly racist, thank God we have moved on.

He gave a view that some people have, it's sad but it's what it is. Undefendable.

You called him out?
I think you need to read that message again, I was referring to many threads on the old board after the referendum when old people were pilloried.
There have been one or two on here recently.

But I have a feeling you knew that.

If Admin decide to ban him I would have zero sympathy. It's their board.

So you didn't call him out but your asking me if I called out someone from a post from the old board not knowing if I even saw the post?
I have never called for anyone to be removed, its for those that run the site.

Be default you and others are saying wanting old people to die was acceptable. Not to me.
