A warning tonight to 1 or 2

He seems to me to always look to find a negative for us in every element he considers and what grates even more is that often there is no need to comment at all.
He went early on with his bias against Boro today. Felt like he wanted Blackburn to win. Seemed chuffed. Was speaking about the game being pretty much over aswell early in added time when there was about 7 minutes left to play which annoyed me

Why are people on Sporar if he got the chances collony had we woulda scored and won ffs. Collony is garbage not sure why we signed him
Because he had a poor game and was ineffective. Sporar had one chance from a through ball that he mis-hit.

I watched on sky and they didn’t mention it during the match, but bizarrely my dad messaged to say the commentator on some dodgy American stream he was watching air it was offside. I didn’t notice, personally
Sky did mention it. Said slight touch by McNair played him on but I am not sure he touched. I would have been angry if we Scot that goal and it was disallowed.

I'd expect a few changes on Saturday. Definitely at the top end of the pitch and think we could see at least one midfielder dropped, massively overpowered into the middle of the pitch tonight when we should have the quality to play through them.

There’s a reason why Connolly is getting stick from the majority tonight and not Sporar, it’s because he at least made himself available and was seen on the ball more.

I assumed it was for the exact opposite reason, he was nowhere to be seen.
In the first half the only reason for knowing he was on the field was because he was booked.

Our play stopped at the middle of the pitch because of a lack of outlet. How often did you see us go forward then have to brake and try again. Too much space between the back and the front at times, when we changed that at the start of the second half we took control. The forwards can only look to sit on the shoulder when we're in a position to do so.

More chance of a goal with strikers on, he won’t of been on about Howson and Dijksteel who he did take off. Dijksteel was our best player
It’s funny how we see games i thought dijksteel was ponderous first half too negative and slow to recycle the ball. I would have guessed he was one of the players wilder was referring to.

howson gave dijksteel a bollocking after about 30 seconds because he was sloppy with his first 2 passes and wasnt switched on.

I did say on here despite buying balgun and connelly theyve not proved anything in the championship and sporar and dunc should still start games. But they need to bed in before you can judge too harshly. Nobody starts work at a new place and knows everything about fellow employees and how they work/tick

Yep, Blackburn sat deep first half which stopped the runs behind and our centre forwards don't have a chance of winning an aerial challenge against that back line. Pushing up second half allowed us to play football in their half and work the ball into our favoured "byline pullback" position. Connelly needs the memo that you need to cross from that position rather than shoot though :ROFLMAO:

I was surprised how aggressive their midfield was first half, few challenges that if mistimed would have been reds for me. That said, they controlled the game that way so fair enough.

It would have been, but for McNair's "clearance".
I still can't get my head around this rule, which seems to have a different interpretation depending on which team it is.

Surely the instant the ball was played forward, Gallagher was off. Just cause Paddy dinked it, doesn't magic him back on again, even if he moves into an onside position to receive it.

I was pretty sure they did away with the rule at one point but that can't be the case (unless the linesman just missed it of course)?

I don't have a problem with the rule providing it's applied consistently, another one which would be cleared up with VAR for the Champo.
