Whatever people think about Rafiq is not really the issue. The problem that needs sorting is that the Yorkshire dressing room encouraged an atmosphere where it was seen as OK to racially abuse / bully people. Whether it was Ballance, Rafiq, Bresnan or whoever was the culprit, they were allowed to carry on with their 'banter' without fear of reprisal.

The management / culture of YCCC is what needs sorting out for not even thinking there was a problem to sort out.

The issue isn’t what rafiq is, he’ll get punished hopefully whatever he’s done. Everyone is talking about the man which distracts from the real point

I couldn't agree more. I was just stating what Rafiq is. Not very nice.

That doesn't detract from the issues in Cricket and the ECB say now that they are taking this in hand.
