Bbc - a disgrace

Because it’s news? The Deputy PM resigned. Do you think they shouldn’t have offered him an interview? He looked a total **** anyway. But even if he didn’t, he’s entitled to his say.
Dominic raab was found guilty of bullying, he resigned for that reason. Why should he be allowed to discuss it.

Then he’s given a soap box to contradict himself in a propaganda piece for the government.

Also if he feels the way he does in the interview, why did he resign?

Again because it’s news ffs. I mean they gave him enough rope to hang himself in my view, so why not, but even if you don’t think that, it was the biggest political story of the day if not the month. They should have censored it?

Why should the fact he resigned mean he can't be interviewed?
As Fish said, it is big news and of course he would be interviewed at some point. Why not by the BBC?
In saying that, I've not actually seen it. Did the BBC do anything wrong during the interview itself?

The main news headlines on the BBC news website don’t show him hanging himself. It simply says ‘Raab hits out at ‘activist civil servants’’

Most people don’t read every news story, they just see the headlines. A narrative is being painted there.
It’s absolutely outrageous! Disgraceful!
Those running the bbc know this and are happy that it ***** off people like us, as it just goes another step up the ladder towards turning public opinion against the impartial (pfffft) national broadcaster. Destroying it for a reason.

No they should have reported on it, it’s the news.

People who are guilty shouldn’t get an opportunity to try a defend themselves

Utter rubbish. Raab’s position is demonstrably poor here. And I think it’s been exposed as such. But it’s obviously highly pertinent to the main news story of the day and the idea that the BBC or anyone else in the news media should have suppressed it is totalitarian in the extreme.

Those running BBC, Sky, Mail, Express and more.

It lets everyone see that the a hole has no ounce of contrition over his actions and flopped into full boris mode and blamed others for his downfall…

complaining the threshold of bullying is set too low, when bullying is bullying…

Exactly this.

No problem with Raaaaab having his say. But why is the headline focussed on negativity towards civil servants?

Who incidentally can't have their say due to the civil service code.

It stinks.
