Boro confident Payero will get work permit

I have scoured the internet looking for anything to do with payero, the only thing I have found is that according to wiki he plays for boro.

@Boro_Legend and @Nobby_Barnes maybe you could tap into your sauces and give the fans what they want. 🔥🔥🔥
Boro Legend is concentrating on our search for another goalkeeper and he has messaged me 3 names. All have played in the Premier League and would be an interesting development.... ✔️✔️✔️

Is Bolasie still signing tomorrow then Nobby? Because according to you he's been signing tomorrow for about a month now.

Things changed and he wants more than we can afford. Reading have made him an offer and he could move back to London where he still has a membership at a local snooker club ✔️✔️✔️
If he likes snooker halls then it looks like he's going to Blackpool

Ref - South Americans and passports

Didn't Marinelli have an Italian grandparents? and he got an Italian passport through them?

How did Ledesma qualify playing at Walsall?

Harry Pearson mentions every Northern League club having a lone South American - I asume they all had EU passports from some where.

If snooker is his thing then come and spend your time at the Thornaby snooker centre - good tradition as Moreno spent more of his time in there than anywhere else when he was at Boro! His wife is a Thornaby girl as well.

Any news on his eyesight - I have tried a search but it just brings up news stories of accident from when it happened as couple of years ago.

Bolasie has 1/2 offers from Turkish clubs , plus Reading and us interested. Chances of him coming to us? Highly unlikely.

He needs 15 points for his work permit from this monstrosity of a set of tables.

The Argentinian league is Band 3, so he gets 8 points straight away from that. The Argentinian League didn't run in 20-21, but they ran the Maradonna cup instead and he played 62% of mins in that. I'm sure we will argue that the cup was their only national competition and therefore the only way to measure Table 2. If that's accepted then he gets another 5 points, taking him to 13 already. This would probably entitle him to win on appeal as a 22 year old.

Banfield qualified for the Copa Sudamericana (Their UEFA League) which is a band 2 continental competition, gaining another point, taking it to 14. They are in the group stages, so any player in that squad will get 2 points if they get knocked out at group stages. Maybe this si the argument, that regardless what happens, he will be due 2 points once the group stage is completed. Can he just claim those points now, or must we wait 2-3 months for the group to be finished and then apply in December? Also table 1 (at bottom) is about international football, but the scheme doesn't define if it's just senior caps, or if U23, U21 suffice for points?! If U23 olympics counts (it probably should) then one appearance will also get him the points he needs.

It seems he might need an appeal, but would almost certainly win the appeal and if it failed we could loan him back for three months and then he would win a work permit by the completion of the Copa Sudamericana group stages.

What a farce this system is.

Reading can't offer him big wages because they are under an FFP based embargo. If we really want him we can out bid them
