As a free agent under 24 do we not have to pay some sort of compensation to Brentford? They obviously tried to keep him so not like he was released.

Think it was agreed ahead of a potential tribunal decision - suited both parties I suppose.

Another thread said we had borrowed £7.5m against money due on Tav. Hopefully most of it is to fund transfers in.

Ref: age of players - we can't have a team of 19 year olds, but I don't think it will be by the end of August. Also some young uns have left since May : Ramsay, Archer, Robinson, Conteh, Brynn (loan) and they need replacing.
