To be honest Jedi, it was not rocket science, most of our new signings are not up to the Championship standard required and needed to be dropped from our starting lineup.
Did we really spend £5m on Latte?Carrick has made courageous and intelligent decisions, that most of us, myself included wouldn’t have dared make. Playing Crooks as a no.10, playing O’Brien at left back, starting Coburn ahead of a striker the club have just spent £5 million quid on. MC continues to prove he’s a good manager for me.
I think It’s fair to say that he maybe had a bit to much faith in a few early on.Did he let things drift a bit too long, with fingers crossed that the projects come good?

I don't think many of our new signings were Carracks choices, and as for playing Crooks, he often plays Crooks, also not signing another striker, kept Coburn at the club, so if Latte wasn't scoring in the Championship, then it makes sense to give Coburn minutes on the pitch , and take the pressure off Latte.Carrick has made courageous and intelligent decisions, that most of us, myself included wouldn’t have dared make. That’s management.
Hopefully the new guys will all come good in time but well done to Michael for admitting it wasn’t working and changing it.
seems a bit steep tbf but actually think he is decent and will come good eventuallyThats what was reported! Up to £5.6 million including add ons. Eg when he scores 30 goals this season…….
Starting the first few games with silvera instead of mcgree was beyond stupid and cost us points. Thank goodness hes come to his senses
Yeah still can't get my head around why McCree and Forss were not getting much game time two of our best players last seasonThat’s management.

Lewis O'Brien has played Left back before, and with Engel looking like a fish out of water, and Bangura injured then what other choices were there.

He's doing what he should of done at the start of the season let the new signings bed in and develop get up to speed then introduce them of the bench and hopefully they come good. I haven't wrote the signings of yet they are just projects. But then you have to hand it to RVB he's the cheapest most inexperienced of our signings and is thriving
