Djed Spence deleted anything Boro related

Meh, can’t really blame him. We thought he wasn’t good enough and our manager publicly criticised him at the time as well as our own fans constantly on his back, yet he has gone on to become one of the best players in the league and will be playing champions league football next year while we’re still in the championship. Can’t exactly expect him not to give a bit back.

A very good player who we just didn’t manage correctly, it’s us loosing out and not him

Disagree totally.

We gave him his chance in the pro game. Without us he may never of got where he’s going to. There needs to be a level of respect there to the club for signing him and giving him first team chances in the first place.

Multiple people involved with the club have said his attitude was bad and needed work and very recently a retired Stewart Downing said the same thing. I am not massive fans of Woodgate and Warnock but don’t think they did a lot wrong with Spence, if he wasn’t applying himself he shouldn’t play. And let’s be honest he wasn’t brilliant for us.

I think Chris wilder would have dealt with him differently to Warnock and then he would have shone for us.Doesnt really matter as Jone shone instead and will be 20mil better of so all ends well.

We picked him up off the scrap heap, gave him his chance, he looked completed un interested 90% of the time and ended up leaving after falling out with Warnock

He's gone on to prove he's the right back we all hoped he would be when he broke through.

However there is a reason 99% of the fans have turned on him, usually when a player does well on loan there's a clamour to have them back, there is none of that here.
In September when he left we all were hoping for 4-5 million max.
Isiah Jones is a much, much better player in my opinion, nowhere near the amount of games as djeddy boy but much more productivity.

He's disrespectful as proven in his social media and even though he's giving it the big 'i love you' to Forest he's going to Spurs first chance he gets.
Screw him, good riddance, thanks for the money, you won't be missed

What exactly are we losing out on? I would rather have nigh on 20 million pounds and players who want to play for Boro rather than a big time Charlie with an attitude problem

I find it hard to really care about Spence to be honest. We've had to let go some genuinely class players in the past but Spence hardly falls into the Juninho category so I won't be losing any sleep over it.

Sounds like he thinks he's bigger than the club and bigger than Forest as well when he hasn't really done all that much in the game yet.

The Forest move and then the move to Spurs seems like it will suit all parties so I don't see why there should be any animosity.

I don’t have a problem with him deleting boro stuff, he left Fulham not progress his career here, he had a bump in the road and it happened for him at Forrest. Onwards and upwards for the lad! Sometimes things don’t work out. He’ll be playing for Spurs, Arsenal, Man Utd or Bayern next season. If he knuckles down he might even make it to the World Cup!

This.

He might be a bellend but he's not the first. Let him crack on for me.

Take the money and try to ensure it gets used to benefit our club and let him sink or swim.

no class, should have waited till signed and wearing the spurs shirt ... clearly not the sharpest pencil in the box
It doesn’t really make be a difference does it. Paul Ince was pictured in a Manu shirt before he’d signed for them. Turned out fine do it him.

I disagree with your disagreement . I think we've mis-manged him. The guy obviously has talent but comes with an arrogant tag and I think we have just fell for that, because we're annoyed.
Warnock might've done a better job with him.
