Agreed, you can eject them from your property though. It's also illegal, you can't confiscate someone's property because they ignore an arbitrary rule.

Now you know how is none vapers/smokers feel
Ha, you’d prefer to be in with people who don’t breathe, like a morgue? You need to go support Reading or Wigan if you want to feel like you are in a morguePesky breathers!!!
god could you imagine what this forum would end up like if people were allowed to discuss things that were not part of the original post, it would be complete madness and a forum full of derailed topicsIts a thread for discussion.
I dont need a reminder, but thank you all the same.
they are vapours not fumes. thats why its called vaping.less than 9% of the population vape, the vast majority will not want other peoples fumes in their face.
The issue with a stadium is that you have designated seats so if you are down wind you have it constantly
Possibly.then so is a fart by that definition
My word Muniz that’s a whole lot ofif people can break the rules and vape, why can't I come in with my fireworks and cocaine! its not fair
I didn't say any of that, but OK. You need to read my post in the context of the post I was replying to.Don’t like the rules, don’t come in.
You can’t enter the stadium with an air horn. Another arbitrary rule. Air horns are perfectly legal, as is vaping.
Should we allow anyone who gets an air horn into the ground to use it for 90 minutes continuously with no regard for anyone else? That seems to be your argument.
If the club says you cannot smoke or vape, and people continue to do so, then they can stop the problem by refusing entry to anyone who wants to bring such items into the ground.
Yup you have got it wrong, I specifically stated that it was illegal to confiscate someones property. It really was as simple as that.I did.
Prohibited, illegal, banned, abitrary rule. If anyone chooses to smoke or vape in the ground they are in breach of conditions of entry, that specifially state vaping and smoking is not allowed.
You appear to be using semantics to excuse those in breach. Smoking and vaping is simply not allowed. It’s in the ticket policy.
If I’ve got this wrong then fair enough.
Maybe that’s because if someone is arrogant enough to think that societal rules don’t apply to them, then they are showing sociopathic tendencies. They won’t like being called out on it. I’ve called out 4 people sat on trains chuffing away and only one apologised and put it away with no further attitudeIf stewards dont spot blokes stood at the back of the North stand with full pints during the Burnley game, they wont spot anyone vaping. There'll be a number soon to report vaping, alcohol, unruly behaviour etc during matches and you give a comment with block/row/area of the ground and it goes to stewards who act, not sure why it isnt a thing anyway cos people love to grass but dont like to just say 'excuse me mate do you mind not vaping here?'
I don't think vaping or drinking in the ground makes you a sociopath, just selfish, ignorant or a bit of a bellend. I wasn't being chewy i was being serious i don't know why some anonymous text-hotline isn't a thing it seems quite easy to introduce - Text the incident to the hotline which is monitored in the security hotbox who can then check cctv, send stewards over to intervene etc something like that would give alot of people peace of mind when they see it working, and i'd like to think repeat offenders would soon get sick of been told to stop vaping, sit down or whatever and it would eventually sink in they have to play by the ground rules.Maybe that’s because if someone is arrogant enough to think that societal rules don’t apply to them, then they are showing sociopathic tendencies. They won’t like being called out on it. I’ve called out 4 people sat on trains chuffing away and only one apologised and put it away with no further attitude
Sociopaths disregard what most people see as societal norms. it’s a spectrum and most people behaviour is minimal. I wouldn’t say they should be regarded as sociopaths as such, but have some sociopathic tendencies. I wouldn’t want to label all that vape as on that spectrum but plenty will be.I don't think vaping or drinking in the ground makes you a sociopath, just selfish, ignorant or a bit of a bellend.
No it’s called vaping as a it’s one on the biggest marketing tricks of this century, and is done as an attempt to get around existing laws.they are vapours not fumes. thats why its called vaping.
