As an example of what we have all been saying. This is an example of what the club should be selling. If others can do it, the Boro should be doing it @fmttmadmin

Do we own LL's image rights ?

Quite often they're separate from owning the players registration at least at a PL level, not sure about Championship.

Guarantee if that appeared on MFC retail, both the design and price would get slated.

£22 and free delivery, with every size in stock and a 10% discount if you join their mailing list?

Doubt many would complain too much about that.

It's £20-£25 and £6 delivery for T-Shirts on the MFC website, with almost every size out of stock, and it's a much bigger business than t-side.

The thing with the promotional clothing business there is always loads of stock in the main colours.

There are 4 big wholesalers, based in Devon, Brum, Cheshire and Scotland and they hold tens or even hundreds of millions of these garments. Retail isn't really comparable. For the most popular T-shirt sold in the UK in that market, the biggest supplier currently have 1.3 million just in black and white available to order.

From MFC's point of view - an official logo would value to the shirt - they could easy knock out 100 of these for the Summer@ £25 a go.

L/L has scored 5 goals in his last 7 games.

The revenue for which would probably pay his wages for about 1/2 a day. Hardly worth their while, even if they could find a supplier willing to deal in such low quantities.

They've cleverly blurred out the badge on the johnny howson one i see.

I don't think the chuba one will be flying off the shelves.

£22 is still expensive considering you can get a replica replica shirt for £13

The MFC t-shirts are mostly just stock colours with designs printed on them as well.

Largely out of stock.

The two with multiple colour/fabric designs are fully out of stock too.

There are companies out there that specialise in this type of thing and can do relatively small quantities.

They would leap at the chance of dealing with a reasonably sized requirement.
