Fmttm admin continue to ignore fan concerns ahead of forums

You know that bit of graffiti that says "Hemo boot boys are f"- or suchlike, on a subway wall as if the artist got disturbed by the bobbies, or a ne'er do well from the opposing side before he could finish?

This is the thread equivalent of that.

so.. concerns they have been raised on here haven’t been passed onto the fans forum or discussed or.. maybe adequately pushed or followed up?

Looks like the OP posted and went straight to bed, so I'll jump in...

On 18th July, the club announced "the phased introduction of digital ticketing for the 2023/24 season, after consultation with Middlesbrough Supporters Forum".

That was July. We're almost in October now, and still the MSF refuse to talk about that "consultation". Rob's been asked countless times and just ignores the question. I think at one point we were told to wait for the minutes of the August meeting (for a consultation that supposedly took place over a month before that meeting?) but of course they say absolutely nothing about it.

That's because there was no consultation. The club are lying about fan engagement, using MSF as cover, and the MSF members won't call them out on it because they like the ego boost of pretending their voices matter.

If I'm wrong, please feel free to prove me wrong, share the consultation details and I'll happily apologise.
