Poor start to the season imo. Shocking tonight and we’re seeing VERY LITTLE improvement in his game. He’s stagnated in his development. Too lightweight and gave far too much space quality players which cost us.

if we’re seriously going to challenge this season then both CBs need to drastically update their game along with our GK. 5 goals conceded already!

Listen to him speak and you'll realise he's not very bright, some players have a footballing brain like Rooney to make up for their intelligence but he does not appear to. What annoys me most is he stands and hopes the ball his his head, never attacks the ball, so little threat from set pieces.

Maybe. I bumped into him when he was doing some school outreach and he wasn't the brightest button. That said, I think he makes a competent centre half when partnered with a vocal partner who has a bit of pace. I just wouldn't bother send him up for set pieces

Maybe he’s not, I don’t think that means he doesn’t have a good football brain though.

Maybe you're right, when he starts hitting passes with some conviction instead of pea rollers I'll start to have confidence that he did but when losing sand he passed it to bola it took 5 of the 10 added minutes to arrive.

Every topic ends with a smart arze comment from someone doesn’t it. He was poor and it’s being highlighted. Obviously not our worst performer but we can call out s**t when it’s served to us.
