Giles to Luton done

If he is having a medical today why has it taken 5 days after a fee was agreed. Just interested to know the reasons for this from those in the know.
Have you tried seeing a doctor lately. Luton rang up, left his details with Andrea on reception, she took the details and a response is awaiting triage assessment so an appointment can be offered as soon as possible, usual wait is around 4-5 weeks. They tried to go private, but it‘s full of plebs with credit cards in a queue wanting their oversize neck lumps looked at and they weren’t prepared to pay the £250 consultation fee anyway.

Very highly rated on here, we've had some good un's over the years Friend, Queudrue, Ziege, Gordon, Pogatetz (sure he was signed as left back?) To name a few

I've heard a rumour that he's forgotten his Instagram password, and wants to follow Luton before he signs the contract.

I’ve heard there’s been a late approach from Al Hilal who have bid £70million and offered him a wage of £250000 a week.

Would be a mistake imo.

Come to the Boro and apologise to KDG Ryan.

I have it on very good authority that he has chose to sign for Luton over Boro, main reasons:
He didn't like our new home kit, much preferred Luton's (which isn't bad tbf), he didn't mind the new away kit, but the kit man said he didn't expect to get it until October at the earliest. He came up a few weeks back to have a chat with Mick & Woody, wasn't impressed that they had replaced Geoff on the barrier to Rockcliffe with a new fancy phone reader thing. He's only got 4th gen iphone which doesn't support the entry app, his agent suggested that the club give him a new fancy smartphone as part of his contract. Gibbo was having none of it, insisting since the 'Lamby fax incident' the club was at the forefront of new technology and players should be too, if they weren't then it wasn't up to the club to help them out, but as sweetner he could have a free coffee or tea each day in the staff canteen.

Heard from a good source they were going to announce him at 2pm today, then something about a UAP incident and he took off in the direction of the Tontine at Mach2

Why are our left backs always better than our right backs? Even our flirting with champions league places reaching European cup finals team had either parnaby or McMahon there. We bought a Holland international from Barca to play there and even he turned out to be *****.

So only Luton came in for him the Prem— kind of tells you what he brings to the picture
To be honest I'm surprised any Premier League club came in for him. Thought we'd have a decent chance of signing him and that our only competition would come from other Championship clubs.

Harsh on Tommy Smith his role was completely different to Giles and he's a much better defender.

I do get what your saying tho. In recent times can only think of mills and young who were top players at right back.
