How do you feel about Derby County now?

They have to pay 100% of football debts or are expelled from the league. 25% of non-secured non-football debts not to get further point reductions.

My understanding is the 15 point deduction can only apply this season if they aren't relegated. They will start next season in League 1 with a 15 point penalty if they don't pay creditors 25p in the pound.

seems a very light penalty on its own. Although I presume there will be some spending limitations if this goes ahead. Still yet to be convinced as HMRC have the ability to liquidate if they do not reach their expectations regardless of the rules above, and of course there is still the previously insurmountable issues around the ownership and usage of the ground to resolve.

Is that legal? How can an organisation decide who should be paid? Surely it is down to the Receiver.
