How many left for home leg?

It wasn't as easy as normal on the website - usually there is a link to make it easy to buy your ST seat for cup games.

Im sure a few SC holders are budgeting incase we do get to wembley. Its a big ask financially if you just forked out for 23/24 SC to fork out for coventry and hotels, tickets, travel, food ,etc in a couple of weeks time. Most likely to be families too not just individuals and theres COL belt tightening. Im sure itll be a sell out with a good result on sunday anyways

If you live locally, are physically able to go, can afford to go but chose to watch the match on telly then there's something wrong.

Saying that 25k committed fans will make just as much noise anyway.

It will only allow me to buy 1 ticket despite buying 2 all season

Not going on my own
It's one ticket per account for this match. You can link other people's account to yours so you can buy for them, as long as they have enough priority points.

And this is what is wrong with the loyalty scheme, you have people buying for others or worst still, borrowing SC holders accounts to get tickets for away games, the account holders points rocket and, when it comes to the business end, those attending beforehand can end up missing out but some of the accounts used who may not have actually attended many games (especially away ones) get first dibs.

It is all well and good when it comes to Wembley as it will go to general sale, but imagine if one day we have another Eindhoven where not even all SC holders would get tickets, but SC holders who buy tickets for others to go or let their account be used, can jump on the points bandwagon, be one of the first in the queue, even though they may never have gone to an away game.

Unfortunately there's very limited defence against this type of misuse. The season ticket holder could actually buy the away tickets and physically hand them to a secondary attendee. There's no way of checking that the person holding the ticket is the person who bought it unless you ask every away ground to ask for some sort of photo ID to be validated against a name printed on the ticket (infeasible, let's be honest).

As fair as I can see, the curent loyalty scheme is the closest to a "perfect" solution as feasible. Folks just need to learn to assign tickets to the correct owners when purchasing the bread-and-butter games through the season to ensure each fan has the correct loyalty points come the business end.
