I think the stadium is in the wrong place.
They should build a new 60,000 seater (min) dome on the empty land 'north of the border', move the old Town Hall brick by brick to a new location.

To be fair I’d probably knock the town centre down and build a new one centred around the ground and railway station. After I’d moved the A66 under ground and put a tunnel under the Tees linking up to the A19/A689 junction at Wolviston. Jeff and I are just getting started......

I really doubt if we had Toney he would have 20 goals. Also not a cat in hells chance Armstrong would have 16.
It's not just a case of signing a decent goal scorer. We simply don't create enough. I know people may laugh but it wouldn't suprise me one bit if Britt joins another champo club and scores 20+ goals.

We used to live near Lisieux.I`d get rid of all the cheap Wilkos sheets and curtains and buy pure Egyptian silk ones.
Buy a Gite just outside Lisieux.
Find an old barn on the NY Moors or on the Pennines around Middleton - to convert - an ongoing project - which is completely self sufficient and sustainable.
