I was talking to Lauren today after golf. She used to work in the Teesside Golf Club shop. She is trying to get down to being a scratch golfer this year. Here is the first week of her journey. it would be nice to get some subscribers to her channel to help her. Hope she makes it.

 
No idea who she is but i'll give her a subscribe in case she makes it big and I can say I was one of her first 100 subscribers
 
If she’s playing that shot from the path, surely that’s out of bounds… 🤣

Hey Samba, I knew her uncle really well (who just passed away)
😟 absolutely gutted…I never got to meet his niece Lauren but heard about her from some other golfers so thanks for sharing this!
 
Update on Lauren. She doesn’t post much on youtube now because she is so busy working for the Saudi Arabia PIF. She is based in Dubai and has been working in Seoul last week for their big Ladies Golf Championship. She is down to 3.2 handicap now. Not as good as Katie Stephens from Teesside though who is now -3.2 and just become the Yorkshire Champion after winning the English Amateur last year. Add the lads, Alex Boyes handicap -4.0 and Tom Hartshorne -3.7, who play for England. Tom is now ranked best under 16 in Europe! We have some great young Golfing talent in the area.
