Leeds

Did anyone else find that unnecessarily stressful? It was farcical. No logic or reason as to the random blocks, having to wait for the next points tier as the only tickets left were restricted views, tickets vanishing when you clicked on them, rows blocked out, only finding out seats were restricted view when you clicked on them.

What’s the point in having a priority if the seats you have priority are mostly restricted view and they then give the next people a better choice of seats?

Had a similar issue. Had a confirmation, and only been charged once, but it froze on me for ages and my 'account history' only shows 2 of the 4 tickets. If I get all 4 through the post though it should be fine.

yep it was ridiculous. Everything I clicked on seemed to be restricted view

Well I'm not getting a ticket then was praying for some to be left by 3pm 😅. The system is an utter joke we have implementend. When friends on 155 points I'm on 169 was waiting for 3pm to get ticket with him but they've sold out. Why couldn't I not of gotten two tickets for him :(.

Ok so this is one person who’s told me this so don’t take this as gospel, but apparently the system was allowing you assign tickets to people without the required priority points 🤦🏻‍♂️

It wasn't for me wouldn't allow was waiting until 150 so my friends could come but lost out on my ticket

because he didn't have enough points!
I do think the current system is age discrimination to younger supporters though why do Gold season ticket holders get points head start over us younger fans. I've been to Bradford Huddersfield Blackburn Norwich Watford going to Bristol yet don't get a chance at tickets because gold season card holders already start on 160 while we only start in 150

Anyone who has been a season ticket holder comtinuously for 10 years should be upgraded to Gold in my opinion. That includes fans who were under 18 season ticket holders - so a 20 year old can becaome a Gold Season ticket holder if they have had a season ticket since the age of 10.

This should be an item for the MFC Supporters Forum for Rob as he represents FMTTM Fans, if he is happy to take it on.

What if everyone with 180 points wanted to go with someone who say has only 100 - should they all be allowed to buy an extra ticket just so they can go with a mate?
