March for Palestine - Centre Square - 2pm.

I hate it when a football message board is used to promote politics.

I was horrified by the chopping babies heads off and paragliding into a festival.

Likewise the Israeli response is over the top.

Israel is a beautiful country I have visited Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. I have nephews who spent a gap year fruit picking in a kibbutz in Israel’s

If people want to go to a march then fine, it is up to them, but drum up your support away from a football messaging board.
The thread title is obvious - why did you open it?

Hamas had done so much damage to the Palestinian cause and has, rightly, created sympathy from all over the world from their atrocity. A cowardly crime against humanity.
Israel is almost beyond criticism and so they are also committing war crimes by punishing the entire Gaza population for the acts of Hamas.
I have always felt very strongly about Israeli apartheid and the inhumane treatment of Palestinians but the Hamas atrocity was always going to lead to a full on over reaction. And Hamas knew it.

I knew this thread would get a strong reaction and I hate Hamas for destroying what hope the Palestinians might have had for peace long term.
Any Palestinian support is now condemned as tacit support of Hamas and what they did just as any criticism of Israel is labelled as antisemitic.

Religious bigots on both sides just do not want peace and millions of innocents are getting caught up in a war being raged by a tiny minority.
